Excellent, well made and keeps in the heat!
We got this cover for our SaluspaHot Tib. Even though they’re different brands, the size was perfect fit. Using this cover along with the standard cover that came with our hot tub. Also comes with a floating top to help with heat retention. Overall this is a great buy and as long as the sizes match, it will fit on other hot tub brands.

Great product!
We bought this for our 6 person inflatable spa from Coleman and it fits perfectly over the Coleman cover. We live in Michigan and wanted to help keep the heat in. I thought it was just another regular cover that would go all the way down. It's actually thick and insulated! It's only been in the 50's here during the day and 40's at night. Our spa is maintaining its temperature of 100 degrees the majority of the time. We see the light come on maybe twice a day for a little bit and it's back up to the set temperature. When we use the spa, the temp drops about 5 or 6 degrees but quickly heats back up after the covers are back on. The inflatable cover is great too. It has nice handles to lift it in and out. The spa came with one that fits inside an elastic area inside the cover. We put the intex one inside the tub, then the Coleman cover, then the thick intex cover. We're very happy with this cover!

Heavy and effective. Stuff in the cold.
This cover should be shipped with all of the portable hot tubs. We bought our aftermarket Intex cover to insulate a Coleman 4-person inflatable hot tub. Cuts energy costs significantly. Keeps the tub hotter (warmer) longer when the heater is off.Cons: Heavier than expected (but that's partly why is works so well). The vinyl Intex used to make it gets stiff when it's cold, and not a lot of fun getting off the tub when it's freezing and all you want to do is get in that glorious 104 degree water.

Insulates well
My old cover was getting cracked leaking and not holding in the heat. Temperatures were dipping into the negatives and my hot tub was not getting above 92°. I added this as an additional layer on top of the old cover, and it has worked great. Temps are staying steady. It is quite water resistant and it drapes down the side for some extra thermal protection as well. It isn’t as easy to take off since it drapes down the sides, but it isn’t really that difficult either.

Perfect!
I replaced the original one with this and it perfect! Just wish it was blue!

Defect - weak seam rips
Tub is good. This cover would be great but the same seam so many reviewers mention ripped on ours as well, despite careful handling. The cover is snug, which is good, but it tears at the weakest point soon after removing and repositioning it a few times. We tried to remedy with strong tape, to no avail. I can concur that Intex customer service is abysmal - they would not stand behind their product despite their fake sunshiny marketing. I did not even demand a replacement cover - I asked if they would provide a discount toward the purchase of another - now that we know about the defect, we would take immediate steps to prevent repeat premature deterioration (I intended to place a clamp at the weak point). Intex flat refused any accommodation at all. For the steep price, I expect more. I complained to BBB and got more of the same stonewalling from Intex. Anyone know an attorney who handles product defects? Maybe a class-action filing is in order. Next step is to alert the FTC, maybe AG of CA, etc. Guess I'll be broadcasting to avoid Intex products.

The Cover that SHOULD come with Intex Spa
I've had my spa since 2017. I love it, and it's held up well, aside from the cover and bladder. My old cover eventually cracked and wore out.I had ordered a nylon cover from Amazon to get me through last year, but rain went through it and it didn't do much to hold heat. This cover is absolutely perfect. It is a heavy padded/insulated cover covering the sides to hold heat in the tub from all places. It also comes with a brand-new bladder. My bladder had worn out about two years ago, and these have been out of stock everywhere since 2020 (Covid).I'm thrilled with this purchase. The only down side is it takes a little more effort to put on, but I think it will get easier as I do it more.

Best $79 I have spent in a while….its like a puffer jacket for your HotTub
I will update if I change my mind, but this exceeded expectations. In fact, the description and photos don’t show how thick it is. This is like if you bought a giant pleather puffer jacket or subzero sleeping bag for your SaluSpa. I have a Coleman 77” 4-6 person HotTub. It came with a lightweight cover that has one of the blow up tops to fit inside of it (though mine deflates constantly). I was not expecting one of those to come with this. I was expecting only a second layer lightweight cover that I was going to put over my existing one. I live in AZ with tons of sun and solar electricity, yet my bill is $89-$90 a month more than it has been since temperatures dropped here. It’s rarely below 40 degrees, but my spa needs to run consistently to keep warm. I bought a solar bubble cover to put directly on the water, then have the cover that came with the Coleman over that, then I just placed the uninflated top that came with this over that until I can switch them out, then the giant spa puffer jacket cover over that. I also ordered covers for my pump. I will update my review if my bills don’t drop, but with how thick this thing is, I think they definitely will. It’s also far more attractive than the ugly green of the Coleman. Money well spent and hopefully it will pay for itself in a month.

Works as it should!!
With fall and winter looming , this is exactly what I needed. Bought this as a used~like new product, saved money and was exactly as advertised. With temperature cooling down at night and thermal cover on, tub now maintains desired temp. Lookingforward to a hot-tubibing winter !!!😊

Perfect!!!
Since colder weather came we had a hard time to maintain water temperature over 95 deg. After placing cover even it is used on different hot tub (round 77") works just perfect water stays at desire temperature and system doesn't turn ON that often.

Fits very well but harder to put on
From New Brunswick, Canada. The fit is perfect but harder to put on because of the weight and snug fit. Still, It's well insulated and should save much more than the supposed energy efficient on from Canadian Tire which is the box on the left. The Canadian Tire one is $66 less but isn't worth it. On warm days. we will probably just use the old cover but in winter, the new cover will always be on. An extra note, we have the hot tub sitting on 6.4cm (2.5in) of foam.
