Just right.
I picked these up after getting a new washing machine - it ‘auto-doses’ the detergent, but I prefer to use a bit less in my wash as my clothes are rarely dirty, they just need a freshen up. Detergent is pricey and can smell a bit strong for my preference, so using one of these in the wash gives me control over the dosing. It’s soft so it doesn’t clatter around like detergent-lids do. They work great for that. Also - as a crafter who uses wax for candle making, and resin for other crafts, they’re very handy! Being silicone and flexible it’s easy to clean them up after adding dyes/scents etc - flexing the mini jugs cracks the residue so it just falls out.
