Great water cooler — easy to use and works well!
Really happy with this water cooler! It gives hot, cold, and ice water — each with its own button, super easy to control. The water flow is smooth and fast, and the temperature for each setting is perfect. There’s a little pumping sound when it’s working, but it’s totally acceptable and not too loud. The overall quality feels solid and it looks clean and modern. Very satisfied!

This water machine looks very fashionable, fully functional, there are three kinds of ice water , normal temperature and hot water, very convenient to use, mainly to let my 6-year-old daughter, can pour water on her own, hot water has safety insurance switch, now the child likes to use this machine to drinking water , very good

Can it be returned and picked up?
I purchased this item because my original water cooler stopped working, the cooling system quit.I thought this item was reasonably priced and so I purchased it only to find out that the cooling system is really not that cool at all. It’s more like lukewarm. Yes I’m not impressed..

No light when using
Works very well. Water is cold and the lights pop on when it heating or cooling. One big issue I have is it doesn't have a light when filling water into cups or bottles. I should have looked for that when purchasing a water cooler
