I’ve been using this ALPHA LION Core pre workout before training sessions, and it has delivered consistent results. Super Human Core Pre workout King Lemonade flavor by Alpha Lion is my new favorite pre workout. I want to thank the people who created this product and amazon for making it so readily available. To start, I am an artist and the packaging alone caught my eye. The matte black with the lion and the lemonade icons as well as the bold gold "SUPER HUMAN" lettering and even "king lemonade" written in the pink lemonade coloring is just genius to me. And to color "Alpha" with white is just genius and eye catching to me. The attention to detail down to it tying into the meaning behind the product, alone, lets me know that this company is different than the rest. I had been searching for a pre workout that has more creatine in it, but didn't skimp on the stimulants. This is the only one that I found with 337mg caffeine, 5000mg creatine. I also love that they added the 1000mg of taurine to support the body along with 6000mg L-citruline and 3200mg of Beta Alanine for muscle recovery and endurance. I, personally enjoy the tingling and appreciate that they offer the recommended dose in one serving. The flavor of this is quite tasty, does not give me any negative side effects nor an upset tummy like C4 started giving me. Ingredients are laid out nicely in an easy to read, straightforward manner and the other ingredients aren't what I've seen in some other preworkouts which is a long list of in my opinion, unnecessary fillers. They even take into consideration different preferences of individuals by providing a two scoop breakdown vs. a one, depending on what you choose. The quality and size are top of the game, from what I have seen and it helps me have exactly the feel I want throughout my entire workout, whether I'm lifting heavy that day, doing cardio, or just getting something quick in with a HIIT circuit training at home. I love to add this to non flavored sparkling water - just like an energy drink...only wayyyy better IMO :] Overall, super duper happy with this pre workout and will be ordering it again. Tastes good and definitely wakes me up for that 4am workout. Ill give five stars if they make it kick a little longer

Great preworkout for focus and pump. I wanted cut down on my caffeine intake and this does that for me. If you want something that will give you a good pump and focus this is what you're looking for. Taste is great as well.

I am a creature of habit and I’m typically brand loyal. I trusted the reviews on here and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m 40 years old and enjoy morning workouts. To start, it dissolves easy and tastes great! I’m a huge fan of lemonade. For me, one scoop gives me the energy I need in the day and it last throughout the work day. I would not take this in the evening if you want to sleep. I will reorder this product.

I think my title says it all. This stuff is okay. If flavor is your #1 concern, this is your stuff. It provides okay energy and mixes okay. It's quite gritty at the end of the drink. If there was a way to do a dead middle 2.5 stars. That's what I would give it.

MUST READ!! This pre-workout create a beast on you!! NOT A PAID REVIEW! If you need extra motivation, strength, confidence and that little push to get out that couch,, this is what you need! Trust me, I was 275 lb about a month ago,December 22,2025 , today I’m 245lb And I just got this pre-workout about 2 weeks ago. Is very good and must follow the instructions.. not recommended 4 hours before bedtime, cause you won’t sleep at all! The flavor is great, no heartburns at all. Super recommended
