After buying this product when I set up it was shows human detect videos 2 days after that it's shows play error and show no recording.When I call customer care they told our executive will call you. But I didn't get any call from customer service

It is good in this price range. Only problem is about service.i had purchased one before 6 months. But it has recording problem. When I contacted the company, they said that they have no responsibility.Then I contacted Amazon team. I had made a lot of calls on this. Atlast I got refund through gift card and I returned the product.when I am going through the reviews,a lot of people are facing this recording problem.So please keep in mind that, it is a good product and only problem is about service. Again the same problem,the same recording problem.
