Didn't notice any significant changes. I will say I think the sprays are more effective. This just takes a lot longer

This is great came on time been using it ever since. Felt a lot better.

Just started using this so don't know the results as yet but "so far so good". No bad reactions etc. I do have to say though that everything I've come across for dosing with the "powder" formulas like this say to use 5 grams a day for full effect and even 5 grams in am and 5 grams in pm. Which would be 10 grams per day. Each capsule is just under 1 gram and you get 90 capsules so if you go by popular dosing methods you are going to go through these pretty fast, 10 caps a day. A week's supply??? NOTE: Dr. Harold Peiper Naturopath/Zeoplite Expert was my primary reference for dosing
