I have an older car with a flat matte finish thats got some rust. I dont expect to correct the rust,but will it shine at least on a surface like that?

Does this last in high heat conditions like the southwest? Thanks.

can I apply a wax over this finish?

Can I use a buffer wheel to remove the polish once it’s dry?
