I recently purchased these Squat Wedges for my home gym and I am very impressed with this product! The wedges are extremely durable and have helped me to strengthen my leg muscles during my squatting exercises. They have also greatly improved my form and provided additional support during my workouts. Overall, I highly recommend the Squat Wedges to anyone looking for an effective and reliable addition to their home gym equipment.

Overall love incorporating these into my workout routines. Only flaw I would point out that they tend to slide and move on my mat flooring in my home gym- there is no grip on the bottoms so it can be annoying at times when they don’t stay in place. Have different ways you can stack the pieces for variations which is nice!

These wedges provide great squat depth maximization! Love that you can split the wedges for a less intense workout as well. Perfect for split squats! Definitely help correct form and also provide a great quad/glute workout with less stress on the knees!

used it with personal training clients and worked great

The idea is good. But when I stack all the blocks together in a square or even a slant, they don't stay together. Not effective to do step ups or squats on if stacked at all. Only works with using one slant.
