Love it.
Easy to install and easily long enough. The hose head is versatile and it retracts very nicely. Would recommend.

Product nozzle failed during winter
The product was easy to install but after only 3 months of use the main nozzle has cracked by itself so reliability is quite questionable. Not expected for a product made for outdoor installation and use.

Hose started kinking in the same length of hose
Excellent retraction with easy to lock and unlock hose length.Found the only downside was that the hose has started to kink in the same places meaning the hose integrity isn't what should be expected as forever having to stop and straighten back out to be able to continue usingApart from this value is very good

Sturdy construction. Easy to install although no instructions about what size hole to drill for screw/Rawlplugs (turned out to be 10mm for rawlplug). Powerful retraction. Time will tell on how well it lasts…

Does the job
The first hose I received was damaged however once I reported this, I received a new hose as a replacement which has since worked very well

Trigger not lasted.
Bought in July and taken inside for winter. Now following March the trigger has rusted and split.
