Headphones don’t work!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!
This product sucks!! They don’t even work. Doesn’t come with a charging box, it does come with the cord but, it doesn’t even charge!!! I don’t recommend these at all!!! Now, I have to return them and I demand a full refund.

NO CHARGER AND WONT TURN ON - SECOND PAIR
This is in my opinion Apple intentionally running this product into the ground. I was forced to order two pairs after I thought the firsts ones were simply faulty - and neither came with a charger or any instructions on how to charge them and get them to turn on. In fact many brains in my home tired and guess what? They wont turn on. Im noticing a lot of customers complaining about the same issues in May. Is this a faulty batch from the factory or are they being run out since apple would like to be a monopoly?

Charging Problem
For a refurbished set of headphones, these were a great value. They were comfortable and felt like good quality. Unfortunately, the product did not come with a charger and a standard USB-C that should have fit would not. The charging port was too small for a USB-C and it was not a charging port for any other type of cord. The return process was very simple and I was pleased. I was very sad these did not workout. Hopefully no one else will encounter this concern.

No charge!
They barely stay charged half the day…my last beats stayed charged 1-2 whole days. I do not recommend!

Don’t work.
Straight out the box they didn’t turn on. Okay cool, whatever, I buy headphones that come dead all the time. Put them on the charger it & took a 3 hour nap. Woke up & they still won’t turn on. I plugged them back in to see if maybe they just take an unusual time to charge. The white light came on but they won’t connect to my phone. Restarted them three times & still can’t connect them to my phone, my phone isn’t even picking them up on bluetooth. So they refuse to turn on of they're not plugged in & even when they are plugged in they aren’t recognized by my phone.
