I have a 2005 VW Passat 1.8 turbo. I got this part for the driver side door that the cable had broken on. I installed this and now the door opens so easily it's like new.

Perfect fit in my 2002 Passat GLS B5.5 and the quality looks good. Will see if it lasts. Took about 1.5 hours to disassemble the door, replace the part and put everything back together.
