Amazing product

Good for cramps.
I was recommended marine magnesium by a French chemist a few years ago and always stocked up when I was in France. This one, which I take every morning, is just as good and does relieve the cramps I used to always get in my legs and my hands. I can tell when I have forgotten to take it because the cramps bother me again.

Gave me nightmares!
These were quite good value and easy to swallow but gave me weird dreams and last night it was a Nightmare, woke up at 2.19 M sweating. Not taking these anymore. I did give them a good chance. Stopped taking them for a week, the dreams stopped. Started taking them again and the dreams/nightmare recurred. What in earth is in them for this to happen or is it just me.
