Easy to use plug in telephone
The best thing about this phone is that its simple to use, and it highlights any issue with the phone line that it’s connected to

Did not work on my system.
Needed a digital telephone for my system not a digitally enhanced product. I have returned phone because it did not work on my system confusing purchase as I looked up digital phones and this product came up but it was not a digital phone.

Nice looking phones, large screen.
Not a bad looking phones / answering machine. Comes with nuisance blocker and call recognition on a large screen. Found sound quality a little poor. Good product for the price with a reputable name .

Disappointing
Whilst an adequate basic phone I was disappointed with the quality compared with previous BT models owned, particularly coming from a BT Premium model. Choice of ringtone is limited and basic whilst the caller display is poor, particularly with saved numbers and the sound quality is slightly distorted, making recognition of callers not always easy. I have replaced this with a more expensive Panasonic model, which is excellant - lesson learnt.
