I understand that an alarm sounds if door is opened from inside. But does it also lock the door so no one can enter from the outside?

Is their a key on the other side of the door for a landlord to gain access from the outside?

I’m going to order this but I need the locks for outside and inside. Can you tell me which locks to buy with it? Preferably as a matching set.

Can the control key bypass the alarm if we need access to the door?
