Works perfect
This device works flawless really impressed. I have an old IBM SK-8840 UltraNav keyboard with the trackpoint and trackpad from a KVM I wanted to use for a travel keyboard for my Thinkpad laptop. I figured the trackpoint would work but wasn't sure how the touchpad would work. Both the trackpoint and trackpad on the keyboard work without issues and I haven't noticed any double typing or missed keys. Device seems well built, wiring seems quality and looks like it should hold up.

It works with IBM Type M PS2 keyboards
This is the only PS2 to USB adapter i could find that actually works on the classic IBM Type M keyboards. None of the others worked - they cannot supply enough current for these really nice old power hog keyboards. I am very satisfied.

That did the trick!👍
It worked! Keyboard and mouse are now functional, saving me from having to purchase wireless! Thanks!

The Keyboard Side Works Great.
Works great. I was able to hook up my ancient KeyTronic Lifetime Keyboard with full functionality. No problems waking up or with missed keystrokes. I no longer own a wired mouse with a PS2 connection, so I cannot test that side of the adapter.

Tried 4 converters, this is the only one that works
I have an old (but high quality) KVM switch that only outputs PS/2. I have a new computer with no PS/2 ports, so I needed to convert PS/2 to USB. I tried 4 converters, and this in the only one that works. It will occasionally repeat a single key on the keyboard (type "e" once, get "eeeeeeeeeeeeeee") but that doesn't happen often and I can live with it. I've used it for 17 days now, and it's been reliable. I also have a Perixx PS/2 mouse, and it's the only PS/2 mouse I've bought in the last few years that works reliably for more than a year. In the future, if I need something and Perixx sells it, I will buy the Perixx.

New life for old built-to-last PS/2 keyboards
I have an old Compaq computer keyboard that is rugged and built to last--and the key characters haven't worn away like several new and inexpensive keyboards. Unfortunately, it has no USB output nor wireless connection for new computers lacking PS/2 ports. But, today a good quality keyboard like this one sells for $150 or more--that is, if you want one built to withstand heavy use over the years. This low-cost adapter actually has the conversion circuits built in to accept old PS/2 keyboard and mouse inputs, and gives a new life to a quality keyboard that has withstood the test of time. So, if you have a quality PS/2 keyboard that deserves to be used with a modern computer, and you don't mind the wired connection, this live-circuit PS/2-to-USB adapter fills the bill--and allows the operation of the CAPs-lock, numbers-lock and scroll-lock LEDs to work as well. Don't settle for an adapter that has no active circuitry to make the conversion. It will likely not work in this application. By the way, I don't use my computer for games so I can't rate this device for gaming. However, I do electronic and print publishing, and this adapter works flawlessly. I have not used the mouse connection as I have a wireless mouse for my daily activities.

...good adapter to bring old school technology into the 21st century! Seller replaced the first one which did not fit with one that fit both the mouse and keyboard...i am a happy camper now! Blessings!

Funciona correctamente.

Handy Adapter - Works Well
I have only had the adapter for a few days. I am using it to connect my old favorite keyboard to my brand new desktop computer. So far so good; working perfectly. The adapter seems to be well made so hopefully it will last for many years.

Good kb and mouse connector.
Use this to run my personal ps/2 keyboard from my early pc days. Plug it in and play, no huss no fuss, just straight on keyboard ps/2 port to usb-A connector. Works like a charm.
