And I have to say, out of the dozens or so I've heard and of the 5 or so I've pared down to for my playlist, this is by far the best. -The voice is like honey lulling me into a state of relaxation, joy, security and ease... -There really is a kind of magical science to the cadence, rhythm, wording of each of the 4 tracks -You get 4 tracks at 15 minutes each, plus 2 intro's, plus an accompanying book which holds the script to each of the tracks. -The instructions are clear. This is like a recipe; do not deviate from the recipe. -The 4 tracks cover Well Being, Money, Your Body, and Your Relationships. You begin with 1 and then can go to your most pressing concern after that be it money, your body or love/friends/family. The first track is the foundation for the other 3. -The instructions emphasize consistency and persistence. Change takes time and patience. The results I have had so far, after regular use of track 1, is that my breathing has improved and my overall well-being and mood has improved...I find myself in the zone, in flow, in "the Vortex", more often than I have been in previous years. When this happens, things fall into my lap, e.g. I pull into a crowded parking lot and as I breathe out deeply, my eyes notice a car right in front of me is leaving; I run into people I haven't seen in some time; I think of someone and they call or text; as I'm grocery shopping, I hear another shopper's conversation that gives me the great idea for the perfect present for my loved one's upcoming birthday... and so on. My timing perfectly aligns with the universe's, so things really do fall into my lap. So, bottomline, My life is better because of the consistency with which I have been listening to track 1 on a regular basis. Best Meditation Guide I ever heard.
It has been said, that If you can redirect your thoughts to ones of ease and flow through meditation, your life can change dramatically. Most people reject the idea of meditation because it seems too weird or they don't have time, or they can't settle down and focus with out their mind wandering in a 100 different directions. What this CD does is allow you to use the rhythm of the music and the encouraging reinforcement of a positive message from Abraham, to moderate and guide your thoughts and regulate your respiration rate. This then allows you to effortlessly relax and get into a calm harmonious state of being. The 15 minutes passes and you barely notice the time has gone by. There are four different 15 meditations included, along with an instruction book which you really must read first to get the most out of the meditations. The first week you listen to each one and then repeat in the original order, but after that just pick a subject, that resonates with your intention for that day. I love to meditate, but find I often do not take the time out of my day to do so. I am very excited to find this CD, as it puts me in a relaxed and meditative state within a few seconds and feeling wonderful. I am very motivated to continue this on a daily basis. Kudos to Ester and Jerry Hicks (and Abraham) for this stupendous meditation tool.

Makes It As Easy As Breathing! I LOVE THIS ONE!
I am so...so....SOOOOOOO glad I overcame the negativity sparked in me by the review titled "Less Than I Thought It Would Be" and went ahead and ordered. If that review sparks for you...as it did for me...apprehensions about invasive music that might impose itself on the material...or fears of steady, droning orders to breath...FORGET IT...GO AHEAD...AND BUY THIS MATERIAL. It turns out that the suggestions as to breathing and pace are nothing more than a single "breathe in/breathe out" every 7 or 8 sentences (if I'm mid-breath when I hear that sentence it doesn't impose and is barely noticable. it's just a suggestion that's casually dropped in there), and the "music" is nothing more than very neutral, tinkling, amorphous sound which - oddly - by the end was subtly supporting the breathing. Only once, at the very very end of the meditations when there are a couple of minutes to just silently "be", does Abraham say "breathe in/breathe out" twice in a row. And that's IT! I'm sort of ADD and usually get distracted or annoyed by anything extraneous, so I was happily shocked that this experience is F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S!!!! But now to the most important aspect. During the first day of having begun my morning with the first meditation track (after having read the suggested first chapter) I did indeed feel more bouyant, constructive (in an effortless way), just more....meeeeee. I'm aware when I'm in or out of rhythm (not that that always helps me to click back IN again, and it was obvious by the energized way I was moving through the day and accomplishing things that nurtured me that I was indeed feeling the effect or those 15 minutes. I've done guided meditations. I've LED them too. But the effortless quality of this material and the way you absorb it is unique in my experience. And the 15 minutes just flew! It's challenging for me to be still. And even when I WANT to chill out it's often grueling. Like, when I want to chant for 15 minutes...really WANT to...I reallllly feel those first 12! But now, on the second morning, I had to look at my watch to believe that indeed exactly 15 minutes had passed. If you're tipping in the middle of "To buy, or not to buy. That is the question"...GO FOR IT!!!

Excellent!
To me, these meditations are the "best of" from all of the Abraham workshop CDs and books that I've consumed over the years. I like how the meditations are separate files, targeted for specific areas (general well-being, financial well-eing, etc). Before, if I wanted some help with a specific area, I was referring back to tracks from the workshop CDs that I had "bookmarked". While I always found awesome information in those tracks, they were often ~10 minutes long where 7 minutes was spent covering topics other than the one I was looking for. Now with this meditation CD, I can pick the track of the topic I want to hear, and there it is. I find myself listening to it daily because it's a much faster/easier process for me than flipping back through the books or thousands of tracks from the workshop CDs. The first time listening to the CD was upstream for me. I thought the pace was wayyyy toooo slow, and the music came off a bit cheesy. Once I cooled my jets and actually got into the process of doing the breathing to help clear my mind, then everything clicked. The pace and the music both worked out to be great. I was afraid that after listing to each meditation a few times each, I'd be able to recite it verbatim, and it'd lose any effectiveness. So far that's not the case. If anything, every second or third time going through a track again, I pick up on something new that I didn't catch on previous listens. I like that a lot. All in all, I'm very pleased with this CD. :)

Great Meditation CD and User Guide!
I've recently gone through a lot of problems in my life and had at once point even tried to kill myself. The mother of a former friend recommended this to me after I told her that I was having health problems, and I decided to try it, fed up with the fact that I let myself get so down. I wanted to change my life and see the positive more. I don't necessarily believe in everything that Ester and Jerry Hicks (and presumably most of their followers) do, so I took some of the things I've heard them say in this CD/Book set with a grain of salt. However, this is a remarkable, simple meditation system, and I've been using it the past few days, and I must admit, it's working marvelously! For starters, the book is mainly comprised of short, concise and fairly inspirational passages about your general, financial and physical well-being, in addition to your well-being in regards to relationships. It's very soothingly written and very comforting. The CD is also great. The first two tracks are basically just legal stuff and whatnot, but the four tracks corresponding to the four sections of the book are very relaxing to listen to, and help you immensly to get into a meditative state of mind. I've used it the past three days, taking long, deep breaths and listening to the words and the soft music, and it really helped me. (I've always had problems meditating, but this set made it finally work for me) I feel soothed, replenished and invigorated after reading some of the book and meditating to the CD for a while. And oddly enough, I finally feel peaceful despite having gone through some turbulent times the past three years. I'd recommend this CD/Book set! It's great, it's soothing and it works!

Highly Recommend!
In the immortal words of the Wedding Singer: "Gee, this information might have been a little more useful to me yesterday!" I have done many audio programs through the years, and they all help in their own way processing emotions and getting to the bottom of things, but if you've done lots of that type of work and still feel stuck, or you just want to start somewhere simple, this program is perfect. It's just about letting go of all subconscious resistance, without further analysis. It's finding a way to feel good about things now, the only time that matters. There's four 15 minute meditations: general well-being, money, health and relationships. It's all about the law of attraction and realizing we're 100% responsible for our own reality. You can either think about what you don't want and attract it, or you can think about what you want and attract it. You rid yourself of negativity when you rid yourself of resistance, and it's as easy as sitting quietly, breathing deeply, and listening to kind words for 15 minutes. I find listening through headphones to be particularly helpful. It's a lovely, truly comforting program, all for less than 20 bucks!

Powerful and Life enhancing
This is the most powerful work that Esther and Jerry have produced with the assistance of Abraham so far. I had an advanced copy of the meditation CD and have been using it personally for a little while and have played two of the meditations for my Meetup group. The first time I used one of the meditations at my meetup the group was amazed at the power they felt in this work. They could feel their vibration lifting and could feel how powerful this would be for them over time. I have felt a new sense of inner peace and a more solid grounding in this KNOWING of my own well-being and the well-being of our Earth from using this CD. I highly recommend it and am very excited to see how much more powerful it is with the book (which I now have). The book and CD need to be used together for the greatest impact. For those who were holding out, those who were having a difficult time getting into the vortex on a regular basis, using this CD will help you do it deliberately on a daily basis. There is an emphasis on taking 15 minutes a day to use the CD (but not more than 15 minutes). For those of us who already hang out in the vortex on a regular basis this is like putting jet propulsion on ourselves. Powerful! Powerful! Powerful! This rocks! Thank you Abraham, Esther and Jerry! You have again improved the world in which we live.

A perfect compliment to the Teachings of Abraham
Firstly I would say that if you are not familiar with the teachings of Abraham then this may not be for you - simply because if you are not familiar with the terminology used then you may not understand what is being talked about. Anyway! As an avid follower of the teachings of Abraham, this meditation CD has brought me to new heights. The segments in the CD are only 15 minutes each, are easy to listen to and get you into a wonderful state of relaxation. This CD has helped me to become even more aware of my thoughts throughout the day, and to be really efficient at cleaning up resistance as it comes up. I have had some wonderful experiences whilst practicing the breathing when not even listening to the CD, very deep and profound insights. I would also say that go get maximum benefit from this CD you should also be applying the teachings throughout your day - this is not a 'quick fix' listen to the cd a couple of times and solve all your problems. This is about learning how to be happy - always - and that is the only thing that matters. This teaches how to align with source. It was never about 'getting the stuff' it is only and ever about alignment. Since listening to the CD almost every day for the past 2 weeks, (and making the effort to clean up my vibration moment by moment each day) I am in the vortex for at least 65% each day, things are really turning around for me. I have nothing but praise for the work that Esther and Jerry are doing, in bringing Abrahams teachings to us. I personally found that once I found Abe, I have never needed to read any other material on Law of attraction or any other metaphysical books for that matter - because all the questions I ever had have been answered by Abraham. Buying their materials for me has been the best investment I ever made. If you feel this is right for you - buy it! If not, find your own way. 5 Stars from me xx

Fantastisch! Phänomenal! Wunderschön!
Das Begleitbuch ist fantastisch. Es erklärt wie und warum man die Meditation macht. Die Meditationen gehen 15 minuten, es gibt ein Vorwort von Jerry Hicks und Einführung von Abraham dazu. Esthers sanfte Stimme in Kombination mit der wunderschönen Musik und Botschaften von Abraham machen die Meditation zu einem Erlebnis. Ich habe die Kindle Version gekauft, dabei war ein Code um sich die Meditation downzuladen. Das hat super geklappt. Ich bin so Dankbar dass Amazon diese Möglichkeit auch Raritäten zu kaufen bietet, und das zum so angenehmen Preis.
