GRAN LUCHITO Smoked Chilli Honey, 250 GR

Nice and warm...maybe too warm for some folds though. Goes great with anything, but when spread on the top of roasting, thick pork chops? Woof!!! A smokey, sweet heat recommended for anyone who likes a bit of bite to their taste buds.

I had never heard of this product, until Amazon recommended it based on a different purchase. All I can say is that I am glad they did, because this spread is fantastic. It is absolutely loaded with flavor and has the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and heat. I definitely recommend Gan Luchito Smoked Chili Honey.

This has got to be one of the most delicious condiments I've ever had! Very versatile, you can put it on meat, vegetables, or my favorite is to pour it over cream cheese for a fabulous dip with tortilla chips.

Our first dish with this great sauce was blackened pork chops. With lean pork and only few calories added, the resulting chops had a great flavor. We'll try a chicken dish, salmon, tuna, or any other meal where a blackened, mildly spicy outcome is desired. The flavor is remarkable.

This stuff is delicious, but it's not really honey... it's more of a glaze. It would have been good to know that in advance. I was planning on using it for cocktails, and it ended up working out alright, but I definitely needed to strain out all the little pieces of onion and things that are in there. Be forewarned, this is NOT just honey. On the other hand, if you're looking for a glaze, then it's awesome.

Love this honey!! I heated it and tossed with both chicken tenders and wings and it was great. I'm already thinking of new ideas for it.
