HP LaserJet Automatic Duplexer for Two Sided Printing part # Cb519a

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. This unit isn't new. It's refurbished (nicely, I think). Frankly, at this price I'd accept a refurb, but this time I had to have a new and never-used unit for company purposes. I bought this item from USA Printer Guy. I called them and they immediately agreed to Fed Ex a new unit and a return shipping label without waiting for me to return the refurb. No arguments or multiple calls, or "you box up the unit, stand in line at the post office, return it and wait 2-4 weeks to get what you originally ordered." Or "what did you expect at that price?" I was so surprised I wrote this review. Assuming they come through as promised, I'll buy from them again.

Great refurbished duplex unit. Machine reconized it as soon as it was installed. Would recommend if it fits your printer. Should come standard on printer but that is another story.

Oh, we love the duplexer. Without this item we would go through paper and need to grow our own forest! Such a great saver!
