🌬️ Keep it cool, keep it quiet!
The Evercool EC6015SH12BP is a high-performance 60mm x 15mm PWM fan designed for efficient cooling with a noise range of 18.2 to 38.9 dBA. It features a dual ball bearing system for enhanced durability and operates at speeds between 2000 to 6000 RPM. The fan comes with a 4 Pin PWM to 4 Pin Molex adapter and includes mounting screws for easy installation.

Great high CFM fan with relatively low noise at lower RPM
This is a very high quality fan with an MBTF ( Mean Time Between Failures ) of 50.000 Hours, which moves a lot of air, more than typical fans at the same RPM, with a relatively low noise level at a given RPM. Ideal to pair with an inline noise reducer or 4 wire PWM fan speed controller to further reduce fan RPMs and thus lower noise, if there is no ability to do this on motherboard, utilizing BIOS settings or a software application. Fan is load at full speed, but when speed is reduced to about 2,500 RPM, fan will run very quietly, while moving a lot air and keeping system cool.

Nearly-silent, but only if configured correctly.
I used this fan to replace the 60mm fan which came with my case for my AMD AM1 mini-pc: "Linkworld Electronic Home Theater Media PC Case - 920-01 C2121U (Black)"It should be noted that this fan sounds like a mini jet engine at the highest setting. On my first boot after installation, I literally laughed out loud at how loud this little fan is. However, thanks to my Asus AM1I-A motherboard, I just installed Asus AI Suite III, and that program allows me to control and configure fan speed easily. When this fan is configured to run at the lowest setting, it's fairly silent (definitely quieter than my case's stock fan) and it's still powerful enough to help keep my system ALWAYS below 40 degree Celsius. The fan is still pretty loud at boot, though, despite changing the BIOS settings. I'm not sure what has caused that, but that's why I'm taking off a star. The fan is loud until I boot into my OS and Asus fan suite takes over and makes it quiet.

Works well, but not close to rating
I got 49k hours out of this thing... Now, that's close to the 50k rating, but it started making noise around 25k, and only lasted because I put oil in it.It's great for the money, but this isn't a long hauler.

Rather nice balance of airflow and noise for the size
These offer a nice balance of speed and noise and with the pwm function, you can alter that balance as needed. In general 60mm fans are on the noisy side (thankfully these aren't like the heavy duty Deltas), and they're generally placed in tough situations (if a case can only accommodate a 60mm fan, chances are there are airflow issues). This little fan excels, and it keeps my Shuttle barebones nice and cool. I use two of these to pull air in while the OEM fans pull air out the other side (through a heat pipe). If you cannot get around using 60mm fans, these may well be the ones to get. There aren't too many PWM 60mm x 15mm fans out there, and these seem to get the job done.

Perfect fan replacement for broken one
Bought this to replace a software/motherboard-controlled fan in a QNAP TS-251 that had died, and it both fit perfectly (using original screws) and matched the size, and QNAP didn't complain one bit about it. It's also very quiet (can't hear it) at the speeds QNAP sets it to. All in all, great!

Quiet. Good flow.
Fan pushes a lot of air for its size. I see some reviews saying this fan is loud. Mine is quiet. Very quiet.

It's a small computer fan!
It works, and it plugged in. It did not feel like the bearing were cheap, it didn't have any movement slop, and so far it's been quiet.
