USB Coupler/Gender Changer, Type A Female to Type A Female

5 stars for working properly and conforming to the specs but my God the color of the 1 i got is a horribly ugly yellow color. I got this for an adapter set i was making and I'm probably going to replace this because its the only non-black adapter in my kit. I could probably live with almost any color but it had to be a gross mustard yellow which clashes with everything. But again works fine and they never said it wouldnt be a disgusting color so 5 stars.

I purchased this adapter so I could attach a keyboard or powered external hard drive to a rooted Nook Color running CM7.2. It works like a charm. Just plug in the Nook USB charging cord to one side of the coupler and the keyboard or hdd to the other side while in USB host mode and you are in business. The seller (LTdash LLC) far exceeded my expectations. I ordered this part on Friday evening and received it Monday morning in my normal USPS delivery. Considering this was a $1.19 part with free shipping and that it had to travel from New Jersey to Indiana to get to me, the speed was very surprising. This seller has shown that they want more of my business by their quality service and they shall receive it. Five stars all-around.

Got this pretty quickly.......from.......China? The package label confused me at first lol. I opened the package and it is exactly what it claims to be, a double sided female usb port. Use this to link 2 usb charging cables, or any basic usb main port. If it fits your computer usb port or wall charger, it fits this port. The item was slightly damaged (metal bent inwards from shipping), but the cheap metal used made it easy to reset the shape of the ports.

Device works only in "charge" mode, does not work in "USB" mode (get Windows error code 43).Expected to use use the device to connect two USB ports, but it will only work when plugged into an AC power source (with a USB/AC adapter. And, it's not worth the trouble or expense of sending it back for a refund or exchange.I would NOT recommend buying this device.Update: The company contacted me saying they would send me another device (without charge), that I am waiting to receive & will further update my review at that time.

This about completes my mobile accessory inventory. Because of adapters like these I no longer am stuck after buying tablets, etc, only to find the purchase connector termination needs an adapter to make it work. This eliminates trips to find what I didn't know I needed, giving me immediate product use.. These Chinese folks deliver straight from the source keeping the price down...I always buy a few more than I need (or think I need) because they are so cheap (may break) and essential.

When I saw a Female to Female coupler for only $2.99, my imagination ran wild and I had to have it! When received it, I was disappointed that my fantasy hadn't come true and it was some kind of electronic wiring gadget. I ended up using it to connect 2 USB cables and it worked great! I guess when life gives you lemons you make lemonade.

I've purchased 2 of these for a project i was working on and I am pleased. Unlike some of the other USB adapters I've used in the past these are solid and hold their connection well.

Used one cord which have two male connectors.

Very very poor quality item shipped. This stuff affected our testing and schedule.

There isn't much to say about this one. Just does the job. Quality is good. +1 for buying it.

Good single piece comprising 2 female USB ports.Should be more sturdy & covered open ends.
