Husqvarna 439822 Lawn Tractor Seat (replaces 424068, 532439822) Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part Gray

I replaced the original seat because of the cracks and seat separation. Fits perfectly. I just hope it doesn't tear up like the first one. The seat switch disconnects from the old seat and reconnects to the NEW seat. The seat slide lock also goes on the new one with no problem!

This is the $255.00 base seat, but without arm rest. The 3 holes are already drilled on each side for you to mount your old ones on. Which saves you a sweet $100.00. It takes about 5 min to change out from the old one...seat safety switch turn clips right into place.

It said it was OEM seat for my mower, alas, completely different mounting and does not work. Need to send it back

This seat is like the original that came with the tractor. The cushion is glued to the frame of the seat and over time lets go as the glue ages. Got to be a better way of attaching the seat to the frame

I bought this seat as a replacement seat for my Husqvarna LTH 1542 lawn tractor.The seat matches the color of the one I replaced. It has the Husqvarna logo embossment.The bolt thread holes are plastic. The original seat has metal threads. Since the threads are plastic the seat always feels loose. The bolt pattern did not match the old seat therefore I had to redrill the holes in the seat mounting plate to retrofit. For what I had to go through to install it, the seat is overpriced. I suspect this seat is not a genuine Husqvarna seat but a knockoff. Buy with this in mind.
